Running of the Bulls Festival

Pamplona is a city in Spain that is most famous for its famous Running of the Bulls festival. This festival dates back to 1591 and has been running ever since. The festival is part of a weeklong celebration filled with festivities, parades and other activities. The event is a unique ritual where six bulls are released in the early morning into narrow streets surrounded by thousands of people who run with them all the way to the bullring at Plaza de Toros. The run usually lasts for about four minutes and attracts an international crowd every year.
